Welcome! I am an the Gabriel Hauge Assistant Professor of Economics at the O’Malley School of Business at Manhattan College. My main field of specialty is environmental economics. My other research interests include behavioral economics and development economics. During the Spring semester, I am teaching Principles of Microeconomics and Applied Environmental Economics.
I am from Bogotá, Colombia. I obtained a B.S. in mathematics and economics (Maxima Cum Laude) from Loras College in 2009. I graduated from Iowa State University with a Ph.D. in economics in the summer of 2016.
